Vanessa is a Thelemite practitioner of the magical arts with a major focus on Thelema and to a lesser degree Mesopotamian polytheism. She’s an avid collector of esoteric literature and moonlights as an amateur archeologist. Outside of religion, she is also a Linux enthusiast, a coder, an amateur musician, and dabbles in art of various kinds. She wrote for the now defunct Peacock Goat Review occult magazine as well as the book Evil Speech Stand Aside. The articles she wrote for the Peacock Goat Review are preserved here. She also has her own podcast called Butterflies and Incantations but it is currently on a hiatus of indeterminate length.
